What did you learn about Ballads during thelast class period? Give a brief summary of what you learned about the Middle Ages.

  10. ballard tell a story. many different storys can be told in a lot of different ways. many people became knights to gain land so they didnt have to be under someone else. the women had very little rights themselves. and the higher their husband rated in the army, the high she was looked at, but never the same as a man.

  36. I learned that ballads are songs that tell a story and have a abcb rhyme scheme. I also learned about the Middle Ages. I learned that women were not respected at all and had no rights and were only in charge of the house hold when the man of the house was gone. First came god then the pope then kings. The kings provided land to the knights who worked for him. The knights could do what they wanted with their land after the king gave it to them.
